Free / Introductory

Start with a Free Quick Check

Best if you are unsure where to begin. Send a small sample and we will identify visible risk flags, missing context, and whether deeper diagnosis would be useful.

Small sample can include: Result page, equity curve, drawdown chart, short report, trade CSV, or basic numbers.

Scope confirmed by email

Ask for Focused Diagnosis

Use this if you already have a specific concern: drawdown, live mismatch, entry/exit quality, costs, slippage, or execution assumptions.

Useful material: Backtest report, equity curve, trade-level CSV if available, fee/slippage assumptions, or notes about the issue.

Custom private review

Discuss Deep Review

Use this when you need a deeper private review across versions, signal logs, paper/live behavior, or team context.

Useful material: Signal logs, version history, shadow/paper/live records, risk reports, or private dashboard context.

Shared materials

What you can send

Use whatever is easiest to share. The request cards above only help you choose the starting point.

  • What you are sending
  • Strategy type, if easy to describe

Useful if available

  • Total trades
  • Max drawdown
  • Fee / slippage setting

What happens next

We tell you what the material can and cannot support.

The first-layer quick check is designed to reduce uncertainty, not force you into a long intake process before you know whether the review is useful.

01

We review the material you send.

02

We identify visible strategy risk flags and missing context.

03

If the material is sufficient, we provide a first-layer strategy health summary.

04

If the sample is too limited, we say so clearly and explain what additional information would improve the diagnosis.

Report delivery

How you receive the report

We reply by email to the address you used to contact StratVitals.

For the free Standard Strategy Health Quick Check, the report/status is accessed on StratVitals using your email and Request ID. Email is used for clarification and fallback, but the quick-check report itself is viewed as a private web report/status page.

Standard Quick Check request and report/status data is kept for up to 30 days from submission.

Already submitted a Quick Check request? Check My Report Status.

Focused and One-on-One diagnoses may be delivered by private link, email attachment, or custom review format after scope confirmation.

If the submitted sample is too limited for a strong conclusion, we will say so clearly and explain what additional information would improve the diagnosis.
